The full schedule of sessions is below. To RSVP for each session, you will have to be logged into your account. Once you have RSVPed to the session, you will receive an email with a link for the live session that will be active on August 15, 2020.

Registration is MANDATORY

  • Registration is closed one hour before the program starts. It’s mandatory to re-register (sign-in) at the beginning of the webinar to be eligible for CME credits for each session

  • Chats are restricted to Questions only

  • The number of questions answered is time-limited

  • CME evaluation forms will be available before the end of the symposium

  • CME credits will be emailed after submitting fully completed evaluation forms
